Dasavathaaram: A-Day!
The audio launch of Dasavathaaram (note the change in spelling) is just about a day away and information has been flowing for the past several days. We start first with scanned images of the invitation, shown above and below. It clearly shows the time, venue and participants, confirming some earlier news and smashing several rumours.
Then, we have the scanned copy of the audio cassette’s cover. We can see the list of songs, along with credits. Again, we have several things cleared up.

- Amitabh Bachchan refused Oscar Ravichandran’s offer to take care of all expenses for his visit.

Kalaignar Karunanidhi was reportedly overcome with emotion and had kissed Kamal Haasan after being shown one of the songs.
The invite looks absolutely superb.As someone had said on of the other forums, Kamal has taken many positives out of the failures of Hey Raam and Aalavandhan.The hype and expectation is extremely high.And going by what the trailer had to offer it seems that the movie will not disappoint us.

Ramanarayanan is politically influential, as a member of DMK (Karunanidhi’s party) and the head of the film producers’ association. It seems like he needs to be invited to every film function!

HATS OFF to KAMALJI !
The Trailer is fantastic one. It seems that DASA will overshade the Hollywood style of film making.
Today released Anantha Vikatan published that due to IPL T20 matches r going on, DASA will rock the SILVER SCREE on JUNE only.
Behindwoods also published same info.
One day more. 25th Evening All doubts will clear.
Truly DASAVATHAARAM fever in TN. I have received several emails regarding DASA stills & Trailer.
I am sure that DASA will be a super duper HIT.

Trailer of தசாவதாரம் shows the quality of how the film is been made. Iam a hardcore kamal fan, who is eagerly waiting for the release of the movie. Even though HeyRam & Aalavandhan was not a big blockbuster hit, I personally thing, they were one of the best screenplay and masterpiece from Kamal. I still enjoy watching those movies.

i have seen a complete list of kamal films which was shown at rotterdam and the details regarding it and his interview can somebody tell me what site is it.and also another one regarding his award as the best director for virumaandi in 2004 puchon film festival,i also need this site address.and another one about how jean claude carrier describing hassan as one of the two best directors he had came across.i have read all these articles in some sites but i now forgot the address if anybody knows please give it here.
