Dasvatharam songs are really rocking !!!!
First time it didn’t catch me that much but as one goes along it becomes very special to listen. It changes from what we listen usually like Kuruvi ……..

I think the lyrics are for something in Dasavatharam.

Let’s wait for the movie, I hope it will not become a superhit but a blockbuster !!!!

My view is that the songs are different from what is usually churned out by our composers.The lyrics are meaningful and ooze with intelligence.All the singers have taken extra care to make the lyrics audible and clear.Good job on that acoount.The words really do bring out a lot of meaning.

Way to go Vairamuthu and Vaali!

‘Kallai Mattum’ is hard to decipher at first.But when you listen to it carefully for 3-4 times you will realise what a wonderful composition it is.

Why are these people doing this?First it was Krishnasamy, then Thirumavalavan.Now its some unnamed “Hindu organisation”.

Why Randie? Why?What do these di@#heads get out of this?First it was caste, then plagiarism and now this.

This is the reason why I reiterate my point that Kamal Haasan should never have been born in India or Asia for that matter.Yes, we would have lost a national treasure.But imagine how far he would have gone if he had worked in Hollywood or in Europe.If he can come up with something like Dasavathaaram after all the opposition and conspiracy, imagine the heights he would have scaled if he had been born somewhere else?Just imagine his level of experimentation!

I pity you Kamalji.You are trying your level best to make Tamil cinema world class.You view cinema not just a cash cow but as an excellent medium of performing arts. But some in the industry itself and other misinformed and misguided individuals and organisations fail to see you for the artist who you are.They drag out your personal life whenever your name comes up for criticism.

I saw a clip on youtube where someone says (I don’t remember who since I don’t know most of the politicians in TN) “அவரு கலியாணம் பண்ணிக்காம ரெண்டு குழந்தை பெத்துகிட்டாறு…”.
அவர் கலியாணம் பண்ணிக்காம எத்தன குழந்தை பெத்துக்கிட்டாலும் ஒனக்கு என்னயா?

Nevertheless, what I want to convey is that we, the fans of Kamal Haasan, will always be right there with him in whatever way possible.

எந்த படத்திலிருந்து தொடங்கியது என்று தெரியவில்லை. தொடர்ந்து வரிசையாக கமல்ஜியின் படங்கள் ஒவ்வொன்றும் ஏதாவது ஒரு சிக்கலில் மற்றும் சர்ச்சையில் விழுந்து விடுகிறது.

கடந்த சில நாட்களாக நடப்பவை தசாவதாரம் கொண்டாட்ட மனநிலையை பாதிக்கிறது.

கமல்ஜி முன்னாள் சி.ம் மற்றும் இன்றைய சி.ம் ஆகியோருக்கு தசாவதாரம் திரைப்படத்தை “சிறப்புக் காட்சியாக” திரையிட ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்து வருகிறார்.

படத்தை எதிர்க்கும் சில கட்சித் தலைவரையும் சிறப்புக்காட்சிக்கு அழைத்துவிட்டால் எந்த சர்ச்சையும் இருக்காது என்று நினைக்கிறேன். கமல்ஜி தன்னை ஒரு “இறை நம்பிக்கை” இல்லாதவராக அடையாளப்படுத்திக் கொண்டுள்ளதால்தான் அந்த இயக்கங்கள் தீவிரமாக எதிர்க்கின்றன. இதற்கு ஒரே தீர்வு அவர்களையும் சிறப்புக்காட்சிக்கு அழைத்து விடுவதுதான்.

தமிழ் நாட்டில் வார இதழ்கள்,சில தினசரிகள் கமல்ஜி பற்றி எதிர்மறையான விஷயங்களை மிகப் பெரியதாக பப்ளிஷ் செய்கின்றன. ரசிகர்கள் சார்பாக இதை கண்டிக்கிறேன். எனது கண்டணத்தை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன். ஆனால் பல இணைய தளங்கள் உடனுக்குடன் கமல்ஜி பற்றிய விஷயங்களை வெளியிடுகின்றன. அந்த இணையதளங்களுக்கு பாராட்டுக்கள்.

தசாவதாரம் ஆடியோ விற்பனை “டாப்பில்” இருப்பது மற்றும் தசாவதாரம் ‘திரைப்படம் விற்பனை’ அனைத்து ரெக்கார்டுகளையும் உடைத்து நொறுக்கியிருப்பதுதான் மிக மகிழ்ச்சியான செய்தி.

கமல்ஜி அடுத்து தயாரிக்க இருக்கும் “மர்மயோகி” படமும் 7 ஆம் நூற்றாண்டை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு வரலாற்று படமாக எடுக்கப்பட உள்ளது. அதற்கும் எந்தவிதமான எதிர்ப்பும் எந்தப் பக்கமிருந்தும் வராமல் இருக்க அவர் இப்போதே விழிப்புணர்வோடு இருக்க வேண்டியது அவசியம். இந்த வேண்டுகோளை பிரார்த்தனையாக “ஆழ்வார்பேட்டை ஆண்டவரிடம்”, “பரமகுடி பகவானிடம்” தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.
